The following fiscal information was published today by the Rules Committee: Fiscal Note No. 1, zero, Legislative Agency Senator Ellis rose to a point of information, citing Mason's Manual Section 102 (A Member Has A Right To Speak Only Once On A Question). The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Establishing the Cook Inlet Salmon Task Force as a joint legislative task force, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 21 Second Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 11 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Cowdery, Davis, Ellis, Green, Hoffman, Huggins, McGuire, Olson, Stedman, Thomas, Wielechowski Nays: Dyson, Elton, French, Kookesh, Stevens, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Excused: Bunde 2008-04-07 Senate Journal Page 2699 and so, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21 passed the Senate. Senator Wagoner gave notice of reconsideration.
